Here at One Stop Build we offer a quick, safe and affordable set of options for delivering your online purchase to home, office or wherever your DIY project is taking place. Plus if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply read the No Hassle Returns information below to find out how to return it to us. All delivery method below is not including pre-sale promotion and group buying items. Pre-sale, promotion and group buying items will be shipped after manufacture and the delivery period usually will plus one month due to manufacture and international shipping.

If multiple items are ordered, we may deliver items separately. If this is the case you will not incur any extra delivery cost.

Timeframes

We aim to deliver your order within 3 to 5 working days to most areas. Delivery to rural addresses and the lower South Island can take up to 10 working days. On the rare occasion that there’s a delay or stock issue we’ll let you know right away.

Requests for a special order or online quotes will be responded to within 1-2 working days and we will let you know then the likely timeframe for supply and delivery.

Delivery Destinations

Our Home Delivery option is available within New Zealand and to physical addresses only. Our couriers cannot deliver to PO Box addresses as we require a signature on delivery. This helps us to ensure your product arrives safely.

For delivery to any commercial address, please supply the name of the business in the delivery address details of your order. We find that couriers will not deliver to a commercial address if the business name is not supplied.

For delivery to an offshore island of New Zealand we will supply goods to a shipping agent on the mainland. Please enter the details of the shipping agent at the pick-up point of your choice on the mainland. You will need to make your own arrangements with the shipping agent to deliver to your home or to collect goods from the agent on the island.

No Hassle Returns

We are happy to exchange or refund any unopened and unused, non-customised items returned to us in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and the invoice or delivery docket, within 28 days. Customised products, which include products cut, made-to-measure, special order or mixed to specific requirements, cannot be refunded or exchanged.

It’s always easiest to return your product to the store you got it from, but you can return it to our Mt Wellington Office: 151B Marua Rd, Mt Wellington. If you prefer to courier your product back to us, you have to contact our customer service on 0800427425 for details.

We will refund to your original payment method where possible or, if you prefer, we can issue you a Gift Vouchers for the sum equal to the cost of the product excluding handling and any delivery or returns costs.

Faulty Missing or Damaged Goods

If a problem occurs with a product purchased from us, bring it back to us with your proof of purchase. We will either repair, replace or provide you with a refund, as set out in the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please don't return damaged goods without notifying us first, as it is sometimes preferable to make arrangements from our end. Please keep any packaging and damaged items as they are received, as these are required for the claim process.

Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order you will need to contact us on 0800427425 that is processing your order. Please check the order confirmation email sent to you after submitting your order for detail of order number. We cannot guarantee that it will be possible to cancel your order as it may have already been processed.

If we are able to cancel your order prior to dispatch, any charge to your credit or debit card will be refunded. Our No Hassle Returns policy will apply in this instance.

Customs / Import Regulations

Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries. Some of the products we sell via this website are prohibited for importation into certain countries. Unfortunately, it's not possible for us to be aware of all of the regulations specific to any given country. Where we are aware of any particular import restrictions, we endeavour to make note of this on the product detail page.

It's entirely your responsibility to ensure that any goods which you order are not prohibited/restricted within your delivery country. Our platform accept no liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body. Likewise any import duty or tax payable on your order is not our responsibility and is beyond our control. If an order is returned to us by your countries import authorities in resalable condition, we'll refund you the value of the order less any postage costs incurred to us. We can't provide a refund until we've received the products back. We don't provide refunds on parcels that are detained or confiscated at your countries customs due to containing items which are prohibited.

We accept no liability for any goods lost in transit outside of New Zealand.
